Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. Every XI•XI piece you see online is photographed in natural light to represent true colors and fabric texture. Slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings — but we ensure what you receive reflects what you see.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation and receipt. You can also access your order history through your XI•XI account dashboard.

How can I return an item?
